Payment Terms:

All payments must be received by the first day of the month for that months feed. Feeds started prior to the first day of the month will be pro-rated for that month. The are two (2) different payment methods available:

• Credit Card - We can charge your credit card at the first of each month to insure that the feeds to your site are uninterrupted. Billing will be done by ARCH Computing Services, Inc. All credit card charges are done off line. We manually process all credit card transactions. 

• Monthly Invoice - An invoice will be mailed to your Company from Exclusive Content, Inc. on the 20th of the prior month for the next months service. Checks must be received by the 1st of the month.

Additional Terms:

1. Exclusive Content, Inc. reserves the rights to cancel this program at any time.
2. Comics are for placement within the membership area and are not to be resold to other Webmasters or Marketing entities.
3. Exclusive Content, Inc. is not responsible for any loss due to down times, server disruption or hazards beyond our control.
4. We will serve the comics from our servers. You must provide us with the referring URL for each comic. This referring URL is the exact page that the comic will be called up from on your website.  Failure to do this can cause a delay in your order.
